When alcoholic fermentation was finished, it was racked into new 300 liters American oak barrels, where malolactic fermentation took place during two months. Then the wine was racked into second-fill 300 liters American and French oak barrels for 6 months. Finally, wine was racked into 500 liters new French oak barrels and into second-fill 300 liters French and American oak barrels, staying in during 10 months. We selected the best barrels before bottling.
