Alceño Selección

A classic, it responds to a line of wine from the selection of the best Monastrell, Syrah, Tempranillo and Garnacha tintorera grapes, made in our cement tanks with initial cryo maceration and carrying out one daily delestage for the extraction of color and tannins from the skins in the softest way. When the maceration and alcoholic fermentation are finished, we select the best wines, transferring them to American oak barrels, where the malolactic fermentation takes place. Later it goes to different French oak barrels of different capacities, after 18 months and two racking, we select the best barrels.

High intensity color, garnet red with a purple rim, on the nose the spices, roasted and balsamic notes stand out and with hints of Mediterranean forest. On the palate it is round, broad, very good structure and a very long and pleasant aftertaste.
